Observations has been made of fresh salmon in the river, but there's yet to be reported any catches of big salmon. The reports has come from zone 1, but many things point to the fact that this is salmon on the move upward the river.

There has also been some unofficial reports of catches, but this has not been uploaded to our databases yet. We encourage every fisherman to report continuously - this is particularly important when it comes to the administration of the river.

Also, the conditions in the river is perfect these days, and especially the flyfisher should be thrilled. The water has also cleared up quite a bit since the flood, and visibility is good also in the lower sections of the river.
