Mantero is following a small piece of rapids, is easily accesible from both banks. Fishing it from the west bank, you might get a feeling that the fly isn't presented properly, but that is up to yourself to decide. If you want to take the extra effort and fish this pool from the east bank, you park your car here, and follow the path down to the river. This parking spot is also a good base for fishing the lower parts of zone 1.
