Pikkuniva is directly downstream of Pertinsuanto. The pool is nice, but not many people visit it. Pikkuniva is fished best from the east side of the river. If you are able to take a little walk, Pikkuniva is quite accesible from Gjøkenes, and you find the pool by clicking here. The pool is quite small, and with higher water levels not very attractive because of it's heavy current.

Directly downstream of Pikkuniva again, the river makes a left turn, goin into the man made shore at the opposite bank. Here we get a deep run which is a good holding spot for salmon, click here for a map. Be aware that a private fishing ground starts downstream of this pool, so pay attention to the signs on shore.
