Puuraniemensuanto is an exciting little pool in zone 2. It's formed by a sudden leftward bend in the river, leading to quite heavy turbulence in the water. This is particularly visible on lower water levels. Both the current leading into the pool, the pool itself and the current leading out of the pool are good spots. Both grilse and big salmon are caught on occasion in this pool, and since it's so easily accesible it is definitely worth a try.
