Starting at the top, Oivunen is the first fishing spot in zone 3, and is also known as the neck going out of Nedrevann (the large lake). The river forms a rather deep run, which is particularly visible on low water levels. It's also in this run you'll find most of the salmon. Oivunen is also a sought after spot for dry fly fishing, both for trout, but particularly for grayling.



At high water levels it's not neccesarily easy to locate this deep run, but as you can see from this picture, you can wade quite a bit out before reaching it. Not sure where Oivunen is, then click here.
